Our AAY container is the perfect main-deck fit for narrow-body freighter aircraft like the Airbus 320F and 321F, but also the Boeing 737F and 757F. Which is why it’s so popular with the express industry. Even so, customers told us that certain improvements could be made to reduce the risk of cargo damage.
Since we always listen to our customers, our engineers and technicians spent some time assessing the ULD’s design. As a result, VRR has improved the AAY container by:
- Removing all protruding parts (such as rivets) from the inside
- Making the cover even more watertight to prevent rain from entering the container
