Good news for VRR customers based in Japan. We’ve just signed a distribution agreement with Tamagawa Aero Systems, a trusted provider of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) services to aircraft operators.
The agreement gives Tamagawa the exclusive right to sell our products in Japan, where it is based. The company has been serving domestic and international airlines, the Japan Self-Defence Agency and other national agencies for more than 60 years.
Faster and better service in Japan
This new partnership will help us serve our customers in Japan even better. Tamagawa has an in-depth knowledge of aircraft parts and repairs, plus being Japanese it fully understands the country’s business culture.
Being able to offer our Japanese customers a faster, more streamlined service with a trusted partner in their own language is very exciting for us here at VRR. They will now be able to go direct to Tamagawa for spare parts and product support. They will also be able to use their MRO services at their Narita facility.
